We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Private Household Manager / Butler to support the smooth daily operations of a private household. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across household, travel, and personal lifestyle support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily family routines and schedules to ensure smooth household operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of household spaces to high hospitality standards
  • Coordinate with domestic staff and external service providers to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Oversee wardrobe management, including organization, seasonal rotation, and inventory tracking
  • Arrange wardrobe upkeep such as dry cleaning, tailoring, and personal shopping needs
  • Pack and unpack luggage for family members, including outfit planning and travel essentials
  • Prepare travel arrangements, including packing lists, checklists, and documentation support
  • Coordinate travel logistics and accompany family members on trips when required
  • Ensure smooth setup of residences or hotels at travel destinations
  • Manage medications, supplements, and daily health-related schedules
  • Liaise with medical providers when necessary for health and wellness coordination
  • Handle daily personal errands with discretion, efficiency, and reliability
  • Anticipate family needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance lifestyle support
  • Plan and coordinate small private gatherings and family events
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a private butler, household manager, or personal assistant
  • Experience managing multi-location households is a strong advantage
  • Valid driving license with good driving experience is required
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and anticipation of needs
