🔎 Key Focus – Crewing Planning- Plan and monitor crew rotations, pooling & assignments
- Forecast manpower needs in line with fleet expansion
- Coordinate closely with manning offices on recruitment flow
- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC & company manning standards
- Support performance reviews, promotions & vessel management team readiness
Ideal for candidates with 3+ years Marine HR experience (shipowner/shipmanager), strong documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
