A Senior Engineer or Senior Consultant with a minimum of 3 years hands of experience implementing and supporting Ping Identity (heritage Forge Rock) solutions, each engineer has extensive experience in one of more of:

• PingAM (Formally Forge Rock Access Manager)
• Ping Gateway (formally Forge Rock Identity Gateway)
• PingDS (formally Forge Rock Directory Services)
• PingIDM (formally Forge Rock Identity Management)
• Industry protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth2, SAML and SCIM.
• Developing secure solutions
• Deploying and operated the Ping platform utilising Dev Ops methodologies.
• Deploying the Ping Identity platform into cloud platforms.
• Validating planned to solution changes ensuring alignment with best practices, security, target state and organisational policies.
• Mentoring junior colleagues building and implementing changes to the platform ensuring changes are secure and supportable.
• Providing an escalation point to junior colleagues during incidents though on-call rota

• Certifications in the Forge Rock products, and other IAM technologies
• Knowledgeable about wider cyber security issues
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage and virtualisation
• Broad knowledge including Restful APIs, directory services, LDAP
• Evidence of experience with IAM, IGA and PAM solutions
• Evidence of working in an agile / Dev Ops / continuous improvement methodology
• Evidence of working on complex engagements and giving a clear account of the issues faced, and how they worked individually and as part of a team on resolutions
• Communication skills and the ability to differentiate to stakeholders both technical and non-technical
