Adjunct Advanced Manufacturing Technology Instructors

Delaware County Community College (DCCC), located outside of the Philadelphia Metro area, is looking for a talented and dynamic Adjunct Instructor to join our team of faculty who are committed to student success.  Adjunct Instructor who subscribes to the notion of meeting students where they are, DCCC has a place for you!

Delaware County Community College invites application Advanced Technology Adjunct Instructors to teach day or evening classes in the Advanced Technology Area at both the Main Campus in Media and Pennocks Bridge Campuses.

The successful candidates are required to teach classes consisting of both lecture (theory) & lab (practical applications). Courses of high importance are the following:

* Machine Tool Technology (MTT):

- Introduction to Manufacturing;
Manufacturing Processes;
Print Layout & Measurement for Machining (with focus on GD&T)

* Technology Dept. Core (TCC):  - Construction Blueprint Reading

* Electronics Technology (TEL):
- DC Analysis

Qualified candidate will have at least 3 years of practical experience in the related field.  A Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following areas:
Applied Technology, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Background Clearances:
Act 153 Clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background History, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, Act 114 FBI Clearance);
Verification of educational credentials
