We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team – someone who can bring ideas to life, optimize processes, and ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
In this role, you’ll lead cross‑functional projects that connect design, production, and quality, helping our customers build technology that powers industries from medical and industrial to defense and communications.
What You’ll Do
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead project production efforts to ensure completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Partner with design, SMT, and production teams to resolve process and technical challenges.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans that align with business goals.
- Communicate progress and updates to internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Supervise or mentor project team members to promote accountability and collaboration.
