In this role, you will remain visible, assist with security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will play an important part in daily site operations.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, credential checks, and/or security-related response activities appropriate to the location.
* Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, vendors, and delivery drivers, helping to deter unauthorized access to production, storage, and administrative areas.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, paying attention to gates, loading areas, parking areas, and other access points where conditions may vary by site.
Minimum Requirements:
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
