** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify visitor identity and appointments, and help to control entry in line with access procedures and location requirements.

+ Answer questions, direct guests to the appropriate contact or department, and maintain clear communication with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and security-related concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior according to site policies.

+ Support a professional front desk presence by maintaining awareness of the entrance area, assisting with sign-in processes, and following confidentiality expectations common to a financial institution environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
