International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

This position is responsible for handling the day-to-day activities in the International Logistics Department that supports the movement of shipments, monitoring shipment progress in the transportation network, maintaining reports, and processing of invoicing. The assigned activities will be completed in accordance with Dorman’s procedures and processes. This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite 1‑2 days per week.

• Use SAP and Excel to create documents to support all transload facilities and maintain required daily reporting and spreadsheet updates.
• Work with freight audit company to ensure rates are updated as needed and verify the accuracy of rates being billed; data entry of freight bills into the freight tracking access database.
• Work with drayage providers to ensure proper workflow, and tracking and tracing of BOLs as required.
• Verify daily Ocean billing from Freight Forwarder or ocean carrier, customs broker invoicing, and inland drayage provider invoicing; validate rates and input bills into the SAP system; generate reporting for finance.
• Create electronic invoices for Broker using data from SAP and shipping documents, verifying each shipment’s details against booking and creating an Excel invoice to assist customs declaration.
• Discover, analyze, and resolve issues in a timely manner and follow up where required.
• Update shipment due dates for international containers for all sites.
• Track daily import shipments on Internet and update import spreadsheet for all sites.
• Complete other tasks as outlined by Manager, International Logistics as requested.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience working in SAP is a plus.
• Experience working in a TMS is a plus.
• Ability to work and think independently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work remotely as required.

• High school diploma required; college experience desired.
• 3 – 5 years experience in International Logistics.

Salary and Bonus
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $23.85 to $32.21 per hour. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
