Skills Needed: Requirements:
1/ English native or very close to native level, someone come from USA, UK, Canada or Australia will be most welcome. Or strong candidate from other western countries also welcome.
2/ if you have president assistant or GM assistant, or director assistant experience, will be a big plus
3/ if you have medical service related experience, will be a big advantage, but not must.
4/ at least 3 years (more than 5 years will be better)  business management experience
4/ Fluent in both Chinese and English
5/ Proficient in using MS office, especially in Word, Excel, and PPT
6/ Can adapt to frequent business travel

The Director's PA will be someone who needs to have all the knowledge and magerial managerial skills to assist the Director in compiling, planning, monitoring, and executing the various tasks that are required to be done within the Director's own job description. Key skills are:



Good interpersonal skills, polite and respectful to others

Organisational skills

Communication skills

IT skills

Secretarial skills

Ability to work in a public organisation setting w political and cultural values may be more highly valued that in the private sector.

Ability to keep strict organisational and clinical confidentiality

Qualifications Required:


University Degree at Bachelor level (or about to be awarded) or significant college diploma.

Fluent in Chinese. Likely to be a native Chinese speaker

Knowledge of English to high conversational standard.

Knowledge of key IT skills including use of ‘Word’, ‘Excel’ and ‘Powerpoint’.


Completed a college or University degree course involving teaching or speaking English to a high conversational standard.

Spent 6 months in an English speaking country.

Knowledge of technical/medical English to reasonable standard.

Has undertaken previous work in areas such as:

- secretarial position

- administrative position

- corporate employment

- publicity / marketing
