DescriptionOur client, a leading service provider specializing in satellite and cellular technologies
, is seeking a Senior Network Architect (CCIE) to take ownership of a complex, multi-site network environment. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you will drive architecture strategy, scalability, and performance across a Layer 2/3 infrastructure supporting critical connectivity services.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on architect who enjoys operating at both a strategic and technical level—someone who can design robust networks while also rolling up their sleeves to troubleshoot and optimize in real time. You’ll play a key role in modernizing and scaling an infrastructure of ~100 devices across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and performance.

- Design and architect scalable, high-performance Layer 2/3 network infrastructure
- Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs
- Configure and optimize Cisco and Ubiquiti switches and routers
- Serve as the escalation point for complex network troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
- Monitor network performance and proactively drive optimization initiatives
- Lead network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support service delivery and system integrations
- Active CCIE certification required
- Extensive experience designing and supporting Layer 2/3 network environments required
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Cisco and Ubiquiti networking equipment required
- Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) required
- Experience with network security principles and firewall technologies required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, high-level network issues required
