Member Service Branch Ambassador

Location: Bancroft

Drive member loyalty as a Branch Ambassador at Kawartha Financial Services. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer financial well-being in a friendly environment.

As a Branch Ambassador, you will engage with members in person, over the phone, and electronically. Your responsibilities will include supporting routine transactions, directing members to financial Advisors, and educating them about new branch features. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create member loyalty through excellent service

• Assist members in person, electronically, and via phone

• Direct members to financial Advisors for expert advice

• Support routine member transactions efficiently

• Educate members about new banking procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Excellent customer service and sales skills

• Organizational skills to manage diverse tasks

• Experience in customer service or banking preferred
