Position: Supervisor for Cleaning Staff
Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations in Peterborough, ON. As a Cleaning Supervisor, lead a team to achieve cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

This full-time position involves overseeing a team of 3-4 cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards. This role requires working within a physically demanding environment, and you must be on-site due to the nature of the work. You will be responsible for budgeting, site inspections, and coordinating additional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train cleaning personnel for daily tasks

• Supervise and oversee cleaning staff activities

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience in cleaning
