The Clinical Application Analyst - Telehealth is responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of supported applications and serve as a first line resource for customer support issues related to these applications. Responsibilities also include application implementation and configuration duties, as well as documentation and training. The scope of this role includes support for all providers, clinicians and staff within the clinical areas assigned. Performs needs/workflow analysis, process improvements and user acceptance testing as needed. Performs other duties as required.
