Level: Senior Quantity Surveyor.

• Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows
• Control of sub contract accounts
• Preparation of final accounts
• Preparation of cost and value reconciliations
• Attend site meetings
• Preparation of material schedules
• Preparation of monthly valuations
• Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that
• Undertake jobs and responsibilities in a professional and business‑like manner
• Honour client and Adeo business confidentialities

• NEC Experience
• Procurement Knowledge
• Subcontractor Management
• Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVRs) against budget on projects
• Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project
• Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
• Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
