We are seeking a confident, motivated, and adaptable Multi‑Skills Maths & English Tutor to join our dedicated team. You'll play a vital role in helping learners build essential skills, develop independence, and reach their goals.
What will you be doing?You will:
- Support students across all vocational areas to access the curriculum
- Promote inclusion, resilience, self-esteem, and independence
- Provide tailored support to meet a wide range of learner needs
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the department
- Deliver English and Maths sessions to learners with varying abilities
- Monitor progress, update Pro Monitor, and contribute to EHCP outcomes
Ask yourself:
- Can you take initiative while showing empathy and understanding?
- Are you flexible in your approach and passionate about helping learners succeed?
- Do you hold GCSE Grade C/Level 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths?
- Do you have experience supporting young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)?
- Are you enthusiastic about delivering both GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications?
