Position OverviewAt Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact. We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduling Manager to lead and grow our data center construction team across the Midwest. As a Senior Scheduling Manager for The Boldt Company – Data Center team you will be responsible for directing the development of integrated project schedules, coordinating and integrating project schedule input from project managers and guiding the baseline, update and time impact process throughout the project lifecycle in a fast‑paced, data center mission‑critical environment.
The position is instrumental in executive decision‑making, managing enterprise risk, accelerating speed to market, and advancing organizational scheduling expertise through leadership, data, and sound industry practices. You will be responsible for creating program schedules at every stage of the hyperscale data center lifecycle and be expected to identify ways to re‑sequence work to shorten overall project durations and for managing and developing a scheduling team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or related field is required.
- 10-14 years of progressive data center and/or mission critical construction scheduling experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high performing teams is a must.
- Time impact analysis experience required.
- Expert with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 Suite. Familiarity with project management systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop project leaders at various career stages.
- Willingness to travel and maintain regular onsite presence across the country.
- Demonstrated understanding of baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule, total float, critical path, predecessors, successors, near critical paths, float trending, percent complete, float ownership, and constraints.
- Experience incorporating BIM Execution Planning and all level of Startup & Commissioning into the Master Project Schedule.
