Description

The Business Systems Support Analyst provides IT system support services to the Refreshment Services business. They are accountable for the intake, root cause analysis, corrective action and on-going trend analysis for incidents surrounding IT systems.

Outside of directly supporting the ARS systems portfolio, this person will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a clear understanding of all supported systems, enabling efficiently and accurately when addressing application support incidents
  • Address inbound support requests for bugs, how-to questions, and enhancements in a timely manner
  • Trending Analysis – use past ticket data to prioritize areas of focus, and potential risks in the system portfolio
  • Root cause Analysis – look past the symptom of the system error to the underlying cause, and make recommendations for future process and development improvements to prevent similar issues from occurring.
  • Understanding business challenges and partner with business users to propose, plan, and support projects delivered to the business to address business needs
  • Communicate effectively to the business all system issues and outages and provide periodic updates until the issues are resolved.
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical support focus preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business systems analysis
  • Intermediate or higher level of Excel proficiency
  • Demonstrable experience working with Service Now
  • Proven ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinker and demonstrated problem solving techniques
  • Capability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure timely deliveries
  • EXPERIENCE:

  • IT service management support experience
  • Service Now application experience preferred
  • com application experience preferred
  • DSD - Direct Store Delivery or Retail industry background is a plus
  • High transactional e-Commerce application experience is a plus
  • Due to the pandemic, this role is remote until the Corporate office re-opens.
