·Accomplishes Family Assessment form;
·Prepares Family Assessment Report;
·Conducts validation of identified beneficiaries;
·Conducts community assembly;
·Conducts orientation meeting to household beneficiaries based on the prescribed module;
·Assists families in scouting interim shelter for rental;
·Assists in the disbursement of financial assistance to household beneficiaries;
·Attend coordination meetings to discuss issues and concerns in the project implementation and adheres to agreed solutions;
·Establish and maintain networks and linkages with stakeholders through regular coordination;
·Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Area Supervisors.
