Title:    Administrative Assistant                                          FLSA: Non-Exempt
Dept:  Administration                                                         Full Time:  (30 to 40 hours per wk.)

General Summary:
Forensics Consulting Solutions provide consulting services with regards to computer forensics and electronic discovery. The Administrative Assistant will assist in the general day to day operation of  the office and assist  Management with other projects as needed. This position requires someone who has excellent computer skills and can work with sensitive information with complete discretion.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answering the main phone line and routing to appropriate staff
-Greeting visitors
-Sorting and Distribution of Mail
-Processing incoming and outgoing deliveries
-Create deposit slips and occasionally make deposits
-Working with Accounting on data entry and billing
-Collect all information  needed to calculate bills
-Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
-Travel arrangements and calendar scheduling
-Research for current projects
-Type, mail, copy and file correspondence, including engagement letters, expert reports, etc.  
 using a template
-Keep contacts , accounts and opportunity lists in SalesForce up to date
-Other duties as assigned.
-Self-starter who can work well under pressure
-Must be able to follow directions and processes
-Must be able to multi-task throughout the day
-Type, mail, copy and file correspondence, including engagement letters, expert reports, etc.

Position Requirements
High School,   3 to 4 Years work experience
Job Specifications ( Requirements):
-Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ prior administrative experience required.
- Experience working in professional services is strongly preferred.
- Advanced  proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication  skills.
- Capability to learn quickly  new technology.
- Team-oriented approach, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach  to providing exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations by being resourceful, anticipating needs, prioritizing responsibilities, and proactively managing schedules.
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information.
- Ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Excellent writing and proofing skills
