- Perform and support nondestructive evaluation (NDE) of composite and metallic aerospace structures across multiple platforms and programs.
- Develop, qualify, and approve NDT inspection methods, plans, equipment, techniques, and reference standards.
- Review, interpret, and document ultrasonic and other NDE inspection results and technical reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams to define inspection requirements, feasibility, and design-for-inspection solutions.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and Lean/quality initiatives.
- Develop and maintain compliance with regulatory, contractual, safety, and export control requirements.
- Utilize project management tools to meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives while driving innovation in inspection technologies.
- Work onsite in Mesa, AZ, in a fast-paced environment supporting advanced aerospace production and proprietary programs.
