Project Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Design & Technologists

What You'll Do:

* Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budget, resources, and risks.

* Assemble and lead a project team, ensuring the right people with the necessary skills are assigned to the project.

* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, implement contingency plans as needed.

* Develop and manage the project budget, schedules, track progress and, provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

* Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

* Establish and enforce project quality standards.

* Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards.

* Close out the project, documenting lessons learned and sharing insights with the team and stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

* 2+ Years project management or coordination experience with a general contractor, equipment manufacturer or equipment distributor.

* Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps and motors);
Familiarity with municipal Water / Wastewater equipment, processes, and technology helpful.

* Able to reference, read and interpret detailed engineered specifications and plans including P& (piping and instrumentation drawings).

* Highly organized and efficient;
Skilled at multitasking and able to effectively manage numerous orders / projects simultaneously.

* Fluent with Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Projects / Planner, Adobe and/or Bluebeam etc.

* Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

* Is a plus:

* Ability to create and modify CAD drawing using AutoCAD and/or similar.

* * 4-year degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management preferred, OR equivalent experience
