Professional Services Coordinator

Description

- Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines.

- Maintain and manage PSO calendars, ensuring accurate visibility into upcoming work, milestones, and deliverables.

- Support purchase order (PO) and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure alignment between services delivered and financial records.

- Drive data hygiene across systems of record (e.g., CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders, project records, and customer data.

- Monitor active work and proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays-escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery) to ensure alignment across scheduling, financials, and execution.

- Support escalation management by gathering context, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers.

- Act as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers, providing updates, clarifying expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout engagements.

- Improve how we work by keeping process and deployment documentation current and accurate and by leading small operational excellence projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
