PositionSummary
- The Manager – Reporting Analytics & Insights Development will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations.
- This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights.
- A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Data Visualization (Power
BI, Tableau, etc.) - 3+ years of experience with Visual Studio
- Expert Knowledge of SQL Data Technologies including SSIS and SSRS
- Strong understanding of multiple RDBMS platforms, including hands-on experience with Oracle, Teradata, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with demonstrated development experience using Big Query for data processing, transformation, and analytics workloads
- Working proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support SQL development, code optimization, testing, and documentation and demonstrates effective prompt engineering and ability to integrate AI into development workflows within enterprise governance standards
- Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving and confidence in learning complex material
- Desire to learn about the underlying data and how it relates to business processes
- Ability to deliver projects on time, understand business requirements and convert it into technical solutions
- Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs
- Strong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, skills that can interpret data and communicate effectively to deliver quality product
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail
- 2+ years of experience with GCP/Big Query
- Experience using Databricks to manipulate data
- Ability to understanding of business process improvement, project management and quality practices
- Experience and proficiency with SQL Server 2014/2016 versions
- Prior experience with PBM services, insurance, or healthcare
- Experience building, configuring, or training AI agents (e.g., Copilot Studio), including creating prompts, defining guardrails, and integrating structured data sources to support analytics, reporting, or automation use cases.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
