Job Description

Alternative Health College & Clinic seeks dynamic person to fill Front Desk Administrative position. As an Ambassador of our company, you will be the point person for patients, staff, faculty, students, and the local community. This busy position provides a varied schedule of mornings, mid-days, evening shifts and weekends. Our perfect candidate must be positive and outgoing, flexible in their availability, ethical, computer-proficient, and be able to multi-task. Customer service, front office and sales experience is required.

Company Description

Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture (PIHMA), College and Clinic, was founded by a group of highly motivated teachers, students and administrators who sought to bring the ancient practice of acupuncture and Oriental medicine to Arizona through the creation of Arizona’s first educational program designed to meet nationally recognized standards in these fields. PIHMA was awarded candidacy for Accreditation in 2001, accreditation in May of 2004 and 2012 and 7-year re-accreditation in May 2019.
