Shift: 3rd Shift, 12:00PM - 8:30AM, Days off Monday/Wednesday

Starting Pay: $18/hr

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented professional to join our production team. In this role, you will hold accountability for the final safety and quality checks of our products before they reach the customer.

+ Quality Control:
Accurately inspect, separate, and package all custom print and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Shipping & Logistics:
Ensure all packages are accurately prepared and routed to the correct destination using our digital ERP system to log material and time.

+ Safety First:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing required PPE at all times.

+ Team

Collaboration:

Actively support coworkers and adjust to shifting production priorities to help the department meet critical delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

What You Bring (Requirements)

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Strong attention to detail with a "zero-defect" mindset for evaluating quality tolerances.

+ Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

+ Strong color vision and close-range visual acuity.

+ Flexibility to work overtime or alternative shifts as production demands change.
