PRN Registered Nurse - Nights

Registered Nurse - PT Nights

Salary: $35 – $45 per hour (depending on RN license and tenure).

Schedule:

12‑hour shifts, nights 6:00 p‑to‑6:00 a.

• Administer medications.
• Administer treatments, including but not limited to dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned.
• Assist in admission and discharge procedures.
• Respond to resident emergency call system as indicated.
• Keep physician and family aware of changes in resident’s condition.

• Current RN license in Arizona.
• Valid CPR certification with BLS and training in AED procedures.
• Preferred 6 months of nursing experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a hospitable attitude.
• Physical fitness, capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 125 pounds.
• Patient and compassionate, especially when caring for individuals who are sick, injured, elderly, or from diverse backgrounds.
