Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Construction Manager to join our team in Arizona, USA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on impactful projects that shape the future of telecom infrastructure.

• Project Supervision and Scheduling: Supervise a civil works project and schedule activities.
• Supply and Warehouse Management: Manage supplies and warehouse stock, such as materials, machines, and equipment.
• Site Investigation and Data Analysis: Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, drawings).
• Risk and Cost Assessment: Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Crew Logistics and Setup: Organize the set-up and transportation of the crew.
• Quality and Timeliness Assurance: Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
• Regulatory and Safety Compliance: Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety guidelines.
• Technical Documentation Management: Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

• Educational Background
  :
  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Telecommunication Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent field.
• On-Site Project
  
  Experience:
  
  Preferably 2+ years of experience in a site project.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language.
• Resilience in High-Pressure Environments: Ability to work under demanding conditions.
