Warehouse Associate
We're looking for warehouse associates to join our high-performing distribution team and help deliver critical components to our customers across the world.
Starting hourly wage ranges between $16.00 to $17.50/hr. based on shift. The wage increases during the first 3 months to 24 months. The hourly base rate does not include shift differential pay or key premium pay.
What You Will Do?- Receive, sort, stock, pick, pack, and ship electronic components
- Utilize material handling equipment (e.g., Joey, pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) safely and effectively we provide training
- Work quickly and efficiently to handle products and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth workflows and accurate order processing
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to team success
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently or as part of a team
