Job OverviewThe Risk Management Program Oversight Specialist is a detail‑oriented construction professional who will oversee the inspection and execution of PEG’s Risk Management Program across residential, multi‑family residential and light commercial developments. The role ensures compliance with program standards, manufacturer specifications and applicable codes, monitors projects from foundation to final turnover, and works closely with clients and contractors to reduce rework, improve efficiency and protect project margins.

Area of assignment: 150‑mile radius centered on Phoenixville, PA.
Responsibilities Essential Areas of Responsibility Start Process- Monitor construction activity to ensure structures are inspected within program parameters.
- Verify accuracy and completion of required inspection information.
- Attend new client and community orientation and kickoff meetings.
- Perform comprehensive plan reviews and retain product information for clients and management.
- Review product specifications to ensure manufacturer compliance.
- Maintain daily presence on site for program inspections (footings, concrete slabs/walls, framing/sheathing, envelope, sound testing, final turnover).
- Adjust inspection schedules to align with client construction timelines.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with client contractors to complete the program.
- Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint.
- Support field operations with pre‑drywall and final inspections as needed.
- Ensure adherence to PEG/Client safety program.
- Oversee startup of all assigned sites.
- Conduct daily inspections and field reports.
- Become fully familiar with site blueprints and specifications.
- Coordinate completion of each structure within the program.
- Maintain positive relationships between contractors and clients.
- Ensure contractor and client compliance with the program.
- Provide feedback and support to clients for handling contractor conflicts and resolve issues.
- Resolve client conflicts during the program.
- Confirm client understanding of reports and answer questions.
- Provide training on the program to clients.
- Incorporate client feedback into program improvements.
- Keep current on all codes and changes; communicate updates to management.
- Identify ways to perform program functions more efficiently to improve margins and satisfaction.
- Maintain risk management files and follow company storage policies at site closeout.
- Actively communicate major client issues to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3–7 years of residential construction experience covering the full building process.
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (e.g., ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade
1). - OSHA 10‑Hour or 30‑Hour certification is optional but a plus.
- Work outdoors in high summer temperatures.
- Operate in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
- Climb, balance, kneel, crawl and lift as needed.
- Use ladders (up to 30’) and hand/power tools.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted frequently.
- Personable, well‑groomed, articulate and capable of conveying technical information plainly.
- Organized, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Reliable transportation (gas/vehicle allowance included).
- Pre‑employment background check and drug testing required.
