Drive impactful project outcomes as an experienced Business Systems Analyst. Engage in all project phases, leverage Agile methodologies, and foster collaboration between business units and IT for seamless integrations.
This position requires a professional with 5 to 10+ years of IT experience who can contribute effectively through various development methodologies. You'll support the full software development lifecycle from requirements definition to quality assurance. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are met while navigating complex priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in all phases of the project life-cycle
• Support the SDLC including design and testing
• Develop schedules for project deliverables
• Foster collaboration between IT and business units
• Conduct technology and risk analysis
Requirements:
• 5 to 10+ years of IT experience
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative methodologies
• Strong understanding of the entire SDLC
• Experience with Microsoft Dev Ops and the Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
