Job Summary

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Field Service Representative traveling up to 90 miles from home. Monday–Friday work; weekends not required. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Hourly pay starting at $16.50 per hour based on experience and location. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts available. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period.

• Respond within 24 hours of contact and keep availability up‑to‑date.
• Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures in stores.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person teams, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and execute related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members and contribute to team success.
• Submit accurate timecards; report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; attend training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Available for weekend assignments as needed and may work occasional early‑morning or holiday hours.

• Minimum age 18, authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Preferred experience with installation and merchandising; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data; ability to navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
• Strong communication skills (phone, text, email), adept at using a smartphone for clocking in/out, taking/uploading photos, and downloading applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously; strong time‑management and reporting skills.
