Parts Receiving & Shipping Specialist — Day Shift

This position is responsible for all duties associated with the shipping of orders to customers and performing a wide variety of parts processing operations.

• Perform tasks as directed by the Team Leader
• Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Accurately count inventory in locations
• Record inventory transactions into computer system
• Keep work area in order and readily participate in housekeeping duties
• Support and maintain a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Accredited high school diploma or GED
• 0 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts, and weekends

• Preference given to applicants pursuing post‑high‑school education
• Experience with powered equipment

• Regularly required to stand; use hands to handle and talk or hear
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to low
• May be exposed to temperature variations based on season

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
