We are an IT Services Company & looking for a passionate individual to join us and revitalize our record & book keeping and bring more organization to our day to day financials. We’re looking for an organized and driven Staff Accountant to join our growing team at our company. The Accountant position will work closely with our management and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.

Job duties:
*Monthly review of bank entries and bank reconciliation.*Posting payroll entries in books and reconciling with payroll reports. *Posting corporate credit card entries in accounting software.*Track all post-closing payments made to seller against AR-AP. Monthly review of billing and collection and highlight issues, to management. *Monthly review of accounts payable and highlight issues, to management. *Provide necessary book keeping support for periodical closing of books for reporting purpose.*Provide reports from QB on a need basis.*Provide necessary support for annual closing of books for tax filing.

*Work experience as an Accountant. *Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks. *Advanced MS Excel skills. *Experience with general ledger functions. *Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. *Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
