The main function of this position is to provide administrative support tasks for the entire company, but primarily for the Record Procurement department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct telephone calls
-Prepare and send outgoing mail and faxes
-Oversee and maintain office equipment
-Order office supplies as necessary
-File  of original authorizations
-Respond to staff inquiries quickly and appropriately

Also Responsible for a subpoena inventory and all the required processes, including:
-Order all county and Workers Compensation subpoenas
-Complete all subpoenas either manually with  typewriter or by utilizing the subpoena tool
-Print out Notice of Intent from RATS
-Fax Notice of Intent to counsel
-Send Notice of Intent via UPS
-Calling all counsel for waiver
-Issue all subpoenas to the providers via UPS
Position Requirements
College,   Less than 1 Year work experience
Required Skills and Qualities
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong work ethic
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
-General Office Skills
