Licensed Practical Nurse
Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY.
Compensation & Benefits- Base rate of $28-$30 per hour
- $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider

- Administer medications and injections as needed

- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid New York State LPN license
- In good standing with the State Registry
