Rate: $37- $47.50/hr. plus $1-4 shift differentials

Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is hiring a 11PM-7AM Working Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)! Our facility at Springside is a top-rated state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent a complete renovation. Bane Care employs only the most highly qualified RNs/LPNs. • Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
