Our lead teachers coordinate daily classroom operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and parents to provide quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field, or
• Child Development Associate (CDA), or
• Degree in any field with 6 hours of Early Childhood credits
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., including infants
• Meets background check requirements
