The Principal Integrated Logistics/Product Support Manager will lead an Integrated Product Team in developing and recommending support/sustainment solutions for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) business area. Responsibilities include technical management and oversight of cross‑functional teams and providing direction, guidance and mentoring. The candidate will serve as the Logistics Engineering point of contact and technical interface for the AEW&C business area.
EssentialFunctions
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
- Proven Integrated Logistics Support – Integrated Product Team technical leadership.
- Hands‑on Logistics Support Analysis development and documentation skills (LMI, MIL‑PRF‑49506, MIL‑HDBK‑502, GEIA‑STD‑0007, DEF‑STAN‑00‑60) such as, but not limited to, Facilities Requirements Document, Maintenance Task Analysis and Integrated Logistics/Product Support Plans.
- Experience developing and managing LSAR (SLICwave/EAGLE/Power Log‑J).
- Experience developing plans, LORAs, SERDs, and provisioning data.
- Spares analysis using system reliability/maintainability data related to the maintenance concept.
- Life Cycle Cost and Total Ownership Cost focused on operations and support cost estimating.
- Experience with cost account management and earned value management system and developing metrics.
- Familiarity with repair depot activations and customer planning/coordination.
- Ability to translate system requirements into functional requirements.
- Technical proposal writing skills.
- Experience developing and executing Contractor Logistics Support and Performance Based Logistics programs.
- Experience overseeing the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and Training Material.
- Experience with creating labor estimates derived from customer requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence providing presentations to senior leadership.
- Must possess strong computer skills (Microsoft Office programs).
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- US military aviation maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with model‑based engineering tools and methodologies.
- Logistics/Supportability demonstration experience.
- Working knowledge of Releyence, S1000D and EAGLE software.
