Senior UX Designer

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Senior UX Product Designer in the Plano, TX area. You will primarily be tasked with leading the design strategy and execution for the client's e‑commerce environment and other internal applications/systems. You will help define the design work that delivers the business outcomes for the product team and work closely with the product/engineering groups to build an informed strategy that cultivates value.

You will build customer‑centric experiences across the web and mobile environments that enhance the customer experience.

• 6+ years experience in UX design
• Expert experience in Figma, web and mobile design
• Experience managing and optimizing design systems
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Digital portfolio showcasing prior work, preferably in e‑commerce or QSR
• Experience with AI workflows/tools
• Experience working with internal tools and system design
