Job Description We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our dynamic team supporting the Legal

AI program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse and a proven ability to design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role operating at a mid-to-senior level and partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, platform teams, and enterprise architecture. Target start is June or July.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topic modeling, dialog orchestration, action invocation, fallback strategies, and controlled handoff patterns. Own and implement end-to-end agent solutions spanning Teams experiences, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse data models, and enterprise system integrations. Translate business workflows, regulatory constraints, and operational requirements into durable agent and automation designs, addressing functional and non-functional requirements. Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows with orchestration logic, error handling, retries, and support for long-running operations.

Design and manage Dataverse data models to support agent state, case or session context, results, and auditability. Define and apply integration patterns using standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs across internal and external systems. Participate in design and solution reviews, identifying trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for standardization and reuse. Establish reusable flow templates, agent patterns, and Dataverse conventions to improve consistency, scalability, and time-to-value.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development, including orchestration and controlled handoff patterns. Power Automate workflow orchestration and automation engineering with robust error handling and resiliency. Dataverse data modeling, relationships, security roles, business rules, and auditability. Enterprise integration patterns and API-based connectivity using standard and custom connectors and REST APIs. Experience building production-grade Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate flows.

Ability to design end-to-end workflows that integrate multiple systems and persist durable state using Dataverse. Low-code and pro-code hybrid solution design with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Strong communication skills and partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders in regulated environments. Preferred

Skills:

Familiarity with custom connector development patterns and structured payload design.
