As a Full Time Rework Operator at Krypton Solutions, your daily responsibilities will center around inspecting products to identify defects and performing necessary rework tasks to meet quality standards. You will be expected to operate and maintain rework machinery, ensuring optimal performance throughout your shifts. Attention to detail is crucial, as you’ll document and report any issues encountered during the rework process.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes. Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment will be essential components of your routine.

• Effectively rework components on printed circuit boards.
• Assemble and solder components on printed circuit boards as needed.

To thrive as a Full Time Rework Operator at Krypton Solutions, several key skills are essential. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be inspecting products meticulously to identify defects and ensure rework is performed accurately. • 2+ years of printed circuit board soldering and assembly.
• Relevant education is a plus.
• IPC certification is a plus.
• Know how to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
• Familiar with the ERSA IR550 Rework System and all inspection aids and tools in performing soldering and assembly functions.
