Job Title:

Event Sales Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, consultative sales leader to drive event revenue through outbound prospecting, client acquisition, and retention. The candidate must have a proven record of increasing sales and strong client‑nurturing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local and outbound sales strategy to target high‑potential customer segments.
  • Perform outbound lead‑generating activities such as tabling, networking events, and go‑sees with prospective and current customers.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and support to meet individual and team goals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and market trends, adjusting outbound sales tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Track and report progress on daily, weekly, and monthly outbound prospecting and sales goals in the CRM.
  • Utilize the sales data warehouse platform to communicate regularly with the client base and track all correspondence.
  • Partner closely with District Sales/Regional Sales Managers.
Qualifications
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Five or more years of related sales experience.
  • Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time within the community and to trade shows or conferences.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
  • Well‑developed presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and new business development.
Daily Activities
  • Generate leads and conduct prospecting calls.
  • Set appointments and engage potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Report on performance metrics and trends.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Salary Range

$67,339.09 – $79,222.32.
