Client Service Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Plantation, FL

Schedule: In-office, Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in a part-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and thrives in a professional office setting.

As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive, professional first impression
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
  • Manage front‑desk operations, including mail handling and visitor coordination
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and general office logistics
  • Assist advisors and internal teams with client service and administrative tasks
  • Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, reliable, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office environment
