We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. As an integral member of our maintenance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation and efficiency of our industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should have specific experience in industrial maintenance within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and possess strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to execute planned equipment upgrades and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and order necessary spare parts and materials for equipment maintenance.
• Provide support during equipment installations and commissioning.
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in training junior maintenance staff on equipment and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
