Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Service Now Technical Lead to join our team and play a critical role in leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Service Now platform supporting our GEO and LEO satellite services . In this position, you’ll work closely with product managers, IT engineers, and process owners, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

With a strong technical background on Service Now Platform, you excel at guiding the delivery of high-quality IT services. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of ITSM initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Now Platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Oversee the configuration and administration of Service Now platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and support effective service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Review business processes to leverage Service Now platform capabilities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document ITSM policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Analyze service performance metrics and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring that ITSM initiatives align with business objectives and deliver value.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ITSM trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend enhancements to improve service management capabilities

What You’ll Need:

• MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with workflows in key areas of the Service Now platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM) and a solid understanding of their configuration and administration. Service Now Application Developer certification is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to Service Now.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4, ITIL Expert) preferred.
• Strong experience working with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
