Deskside Support Installation Technician

Contract: End of July – November

Location: Pocatello,

Pay: Hourly + Mileage

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime hours)

• Install and integrate laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, routers, and switches.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem resolution during installations.
• Educate end users on new systems and equipment.
• Clean up materials and prepare legacy devices for pickup and shipment.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused support at all locations.
• Receive training as needed.

• IT support, hardware installation, or technical training preferred but not required.
• Strong trainability with the ability to quickly learn and work within new systems and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Comfortable traveling locally to install sites.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Commitment to seeing the project through its full duration.
