A respected nonprofit healthcare organization in western Montana is seeking Registered Nurses specializing in Labor & Delivery to join its acute care team. This organization operates a broad network of hospitals, clinics, and community health services across several states and is known for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum stages.

Nurses in this department work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care while supporting patients and families during one of life's most important moments. • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatric providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, newborn care, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established care protocols.
• Support a patient-focused culture that prioritizes safety, dignity, and respect.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana (required at time of hire).
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

• National specialty certification in Labor & Delivery or a related clinical area.
