Experteer Overview In this role you will manage facility infrastructure and maintenance operations within a manufacturing setting to keep building systems, utilities, and production equipment reliable and efficient. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement to support operational excellence and sustainability. You will oversee facility projects, coordinate with contractors, and manage budgets to deliver on‑time, within‑scope results.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to high performance and technical expertise
Plan and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure production support
Oversee repair and maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and plant equipment
Plan PMs, address production breakdowns, and follow SOP‑based inspections
Plan and drive facility improvement projects (renovations, expansions, equipment installations)
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental standards in line with EHS guidance
Prepare and manage facility budgets and track cost‑saving initiatives
Maintain documentation of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and project progress
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability
Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (minimum)
Proven facility and maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing
Experience in team leadership and project management
Experience with Capital Improvement projects
Regulatory compliance experience (EPA, OSHA, FDA, MDSAP)
Strong technical problem‑solving skills
LEAN methodologies experience
Experience managing a maintenance team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
English fluency
