Job Description

Our Company is a full service HVAC that Offers Commercial and Residential services to the South Florida. We are immediately looking to hire a Office Administrator. This individual should be capable of succeeding in a fast pace environment to join our office Staff.

Experienced Candidate Required. Should be able to Multitask, Have Exceptional Phone Skills to deal with Clients, Detailed Oriented, Organized, And keep Accurate record of the Company.

Prior Experience in A/C Service Industry Required. Candidate should be Proficient with scheduling software, GPS tracking systems, Quickbooks, Excel, Office and PowerPoint. Permits, Accounts Payable/ Receivables.

Candidate should have reliable mode of transportation to get to and from work.
