We're looking for a professional, knowledgeable candidate who understands every facet of the title and escrow process and can deliver exceptional service while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The Escrow Assistant supports our Escrow Officers and clients by managing the day‑to‑day details that keep transactions moving smoothly from open to close. This is an in‑office position based in Pompano Beach, FL.

• Deliver a high level of customer service to every party in the transaction
• Open and create new orders
• Communicate daily with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors
• Support Escrow Officers with any tasks needed to keep files on track
• Order payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, tax and water certifications, and lien certificates
• Prepare and distribute closing documents to the appropriate parties
• Gather all invoices required for closing
• Review and interpret contracts and title commitments
• Clear order and title requirements
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date notes on all active files
• Take on additional related duties as assigned
